For seven weeks each summer, more than 1,000 kids in Morris County assemble at parks and schools around the area to play a flag version of rugby. The season culminates with a flag festival held in Chester, NJ. In 2009, over 100 teams playing in over 150 games on 18 fields participated in the event.
